Webmail (Roundcube)
Read and send your email in the browser, without an email app.
With webmail you read and send email in your browser, on any computer. At Knippin you use Roundcube for this.
Logging in
Go to one of these addresses:
https://voorbeeld.nl/roundcube(with your own domain);- or your server's address, for example
https://server20.beheer.eu/roundcube.
Log in with the full email address and the mailbox password. You can also open it from DirectAdmin: Extra Features → Webmail: Roundcube.
Useful in Roundcube
- Settings → Identities: your name and signature below every email.
- Settings → Password: change the mailbox password. Then update it on your phone and computer too.
- Settings → Filters: move email to a folder automatically, for example everything from one supplier, or forward a copy to another address.
- You set an out-of-office reply in DirectAdmin, see Forwarding, autoresponders and vacation messages.
- Roundcube uses your browser's language. Pick another one under Settings → Preferences.
Log out when you are done, especially on a shared computer.
